This mixed-use building in Antelias demonstrates versatility beyond pure residential work. The 6-story structure combines ground-floor retail spaces, two floors of office suites, and three levels of residential apartments.
The facade design differentiates the building's program: the retail base features full-height glazing for maximum visibility, the office levels are clad in perforated metal screens for solar control, and the residential floors use a combination of solid walls and deep balconies for privacy.
Efficiency was a key driver — the compact site required creative solutions for parking (automated stacking system), vertical circulation (single core serving all uses), and mechanical systems (separate HVAC zones for each function).
Every project starts with a qualification process. Let's discuss scope, feasibility, and next steps.
